HOHOW DID YOU GET YOUR PLAYING NAME ???MY WIFE GAVE ME THE NAME SINBAD, SHE THINKS THAT I LOOK LIKE THE COMIC...... Embarassed

I was given the nic, Rock many moons ago, and have been called variously, Rock, Rockster, Rocco, and various other monikers..
Including Ace, Blade and Dreamer, Bear, brother and friend. Shoot, I have even been called a mean s.o.b. by folks who truly meant it in the omg sense ....

When I first played the Deathmatch game, I was designated "untitled". (Not too original.) The OLDFARTSCLUB was the first server on which I played most of my games. Being, at that time, 55 of so, I thought I was an old fart already, but a more appropriate name was in order. So being "old" and playing with old farts like me, I thought geezer fit the bill. But to be different, I thought a British spelling would be different. Ergo, Geeser!

How's that for a mundane, but real, origin of a silly name? ( Confused

Supernova... Well, put it short, my old Steam account was originally made for my mom. She, however, never used it, so I took it, and took under the name "SuperNovaCCS" (CCS is her initials)

After a while, I dropped the CCS, since it was my account, and not hers. I just became Supernova. So why did I keep it? Because Supernovas are epic shit, that's why. I've changed my name at times throughout. "Dr. Supernova" "Spoon"

As a matter of fact, "Spoon" is a more common name I use online. Why? The Tick. 'nuff said.

MissNightmare came from My obsession with the Tim Burton film A Nightmare Before Christmas. Ever since I first saw that movie I fell for it so taking my title as Little Miss, which i was called by teachers when I was in elementary, I came up with MissNightmare! and the x's? Just for show ^.^
